Section I : Cabinet Boxes
All cabinet boxes are made using 3/4" white melamine material. This is the finish of the
cabinet interiors, shelves and drawer boxes, unless otherwise specified by the
customers. There are several color options available with the melamine product. All
boxes are constructed using dadoes, screws, nails and glue as necessary for solid
cabinet construction. All 36" base cabinets with drawers include one adjustable shelf.
All 36" base cabinets without drawers include two adjustable shelves. All 30"-32"
hanging wall cabinets include two adjustable shelves. All 42"-48" hanging wall cabinets
include 3 adjustable shelves. Of course we will be happy to make more shelves if it is
requested.
Section II : Door Construction
All raised panel doors are constructed using only solid wood materials, unless otherwise
specified. All flat panel doors are constructed using a 1/4 plywood with real wood veneer
on both sides, all other parts are constructed using solid wood materials. All door joints
are assembled using appropriate amount of glue. All estimates are priced using top
quality concealed hinges. There are many options available to our customers in regards
to door style. Including inside and outside profile, raise panel profile, arch top doors,
cathedral and many more.
Section III : Drawers
Drawer boxes are constructed with 3/4" front and back, and 1/2" sides made of white
melamine with all top edges finished with melamine. All boxes are made standard with
1/4" white bottoms and high quality drawer slides. All drawer fronts have an applied solid
wood front, unless otherwise discussed. There are also many options available for your
drawer boxes from inset to dovetail.
